Ingredients

3 packs of unflavored gelatin (24 grams)

6 tablespoons sugar

1 ½ cups cool water

4 cups boiling water

1 teaspoon berry flavoring

½ teaspoon Electric Sky

½ teaspoon Crimson Smoke

½ can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Begin with the blue layer: Soften 1 pack of gelatin in ½ cup of cool water for a minute. Boil 1 ½ cups of water and add the gelatin mixture along with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir for a few minutes until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved completely. Finally, mix in ½ teaspoon of berry flavoring and ½ teaspoon (or less) of Electric Sky. Once properly dispersed, pour the mixture into 4-6 glasses. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until the mixture jiggles when gently shook.
  2. Continue with the white layer: Soften 1 pack of gelatin in ½ cup of cool water for a minute. Boil 1 cup of water and mix with ½ can sweetened condensed milk. Add the gelatin mixture and stir for a few minutes until the gelatin has dissolved completely. Let the mixture cool until it is comfortable to touch. Pour over the blue gelatin layer. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until the mixture jiggles when gently shook.
  3. Finish with the red layer: Soften 1 pack of gelatin in ½ cup of cool water for a minute. Boil 1 ½ cups of water and add the gelatin mixture along with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir for a few minutes until the gelatin and sugar have dissolved completely. Finally, mix in ½ teaspoon of berry flavoring and ½ teaspoon of Crimson Smoke. Let the mixture cool until it is comfortable to touch. Pour over the white gelatin layer. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours, or until the mixture jiggles when gently shook.
