Ingredients:
- 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 Tablespoons Spira Yellow
- ¾ cup All Purpose flour
- 3 Tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 3 Tablespoons oil
- 4-5 Tablespoons water
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Process the dry ingredients in a food processor until evenly combined.
- With the food processor running, drizzle in the oil, adjusting the amount as needed until the mixture forms crumbs.
- Add water in a tablespoon at a time, processing in between additions. Adjust water so that the mixture sticks to itself without sticking to your finger.
- Form into a disk on a lightly floured surface.
- Roll it out into a ⅛ inch sheet. Cut into ¾ inch squares and punch a hole in the center using a chopstick.
- Place in the oven for 12-17 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
