Ingredients:

  • 2 Tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 3 Tablespoons Spira Yellow
  • ¾ cup All Purpose flour
  • 3 Tablespoons yellow cornmeal
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 Tablespoons oil
  • 4-5 Tablespoons water

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  1. Process the dry ingredients in a food processor until evenly combined.

  1. With the food processor running, drizzle in the oil, adjusting the amount as needed until the mixture forms crumbs.

  1. Add water in a tablespoon at a time, processing in between additions. Adjust water so that the mixture sticks to itself without sticking to your finger.

  1. Form into a disk on a lightly floured surface.

  1. Roll it out into a ⅛ inch sheet. Cut into ¾ inch squares and punch a hole in the center using a chopstick.

  1. Place in the oven for 12-17 minutes, until puffy and golden brown.
