Ingredients:
Base:
- 2 oz Rambutan-infused moonshine
- 1 oz Tangerine vinegar cordial
- 0.25 oz Fresh-squeezed lime juice
- 0.25oz fresh-squeezed orange juice
- Pinch of Electric Sky
- Soda water to top
Foam:
- 0.5 oz Dry Curaçao
- Pinch of Electric Sky
- 1 Tbsp Modernist Pantry Magic Foamer
- Garnish: Rambutan, thyme sprig, blue edible sparkles
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add foam ingredients and water and mix with a hand frother until foam develops and set aside. Add all to a shaker except soda water and shake well with ice until chilled. Pour into a glass and spoon on blue foam. Gently add soda water until foam reaches the top of the glass, garnish, and enjoy!
