Ingredients:
- 1½ oz Cachaca
- ½ oz Blanco tequila
- ½ oz Yuzu puree
- 1 oz Starfruit juice
- ½ oz Chipotle-pineapple syrup
- Pinch of Umi powder
For the Nautolan Blue Sea Foam:
- Egg white
- Lemon juice
- Pinch of Electric Sky
Directions:
Mix the first 6 ingredients in a shaker with ice, then top with the final 3 ingredients whipped up. Enjoy!
