Seaside Sour

- 3 oz Pacific House Seaside Gin
- 1 1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao Cane Sugar (not the spirit)
- 3/4 oz Fee Brothers Orgeat
- 3/4 oz Italicus Risolio di Bergamotto
- Pinch of Spira Blue
- Dehydrated lime slice
- Egg white
Directions: Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds, add ice and shake again until thoroughly chilled. Double strain into a chilled martini (or chilled rocks over fresh ice) glass and serve up. Garnish with a dehydrated lime slice, and enjoy!
