- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 cup melted refined coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon Spira Yellow
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup oat milk
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Pulse the cashews in the food processor until they become a fine flour.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the food processor to get all the cashews.
- Pour into ramekins and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to solidify.
