Vegan Butter with Spira Yellow

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 cup melted refined coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Spira Yellow
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method:

  1. Pulse the cashews in the food processor until they become a fine flour.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until well combined. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the food processor to get all the cashews.
  3. Pour into ramekins and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to solidify.
